For those of you who don't know me, my name is Wayne Lippert. I am a husband, a father, a grandfather, and a proud member of the Vernon community. It was an honour to serve as your Mayor from 2005 to 2011, and I am ready to bring that experience back to City Hall.

Outside of public service, I am a mechanic, operate a small hobby shop, and remain actively involved in our community as a Director of the Vernon Fish & Game Club. I believe in giving back, supporting local organizations, and preserving the values that make Vernon such a great place to live.

I am running for Mayor because I care deeply about the future of our city. I believe Vernon deserves experienced, accountable leadership that respects taxpayers, supports local businesses, invests in critical infrastructure, and works every day to build safer neighbourhoods and a stronger community for families, seniors, and future generations.
